Exit door, input polishing

Changelog:

1. Quit when ESCAPE is pressed
2. Spawn an exit door behind one of the soft blocks
3. Polishing Bomberman movement direction input
4. Stage victory is triggered on exiting through the door
5. Stage restarts on both victory and Bomberman dying of the explosion
