1. Fixed dying on Bonus Stage causing infinite loop
2. Make not revealed Item unable to pick up while walking through a wall
3. Make Game Over scene display the last stage code
4. Make it possible to leave Continue stage back to Title Screen (Press Select)
5. Allow pausing the game on Stage scene (Press Start)
6. Forbid to place bombs on all non-empty tiles
